The room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Love that they had shuttle bus to Kwai Fong MTR, make the day in day out so convenient. Definitely recommended 👍👍

This is a really nice and friendly hotel, would consider revisiting in the future. Family oriented and multi-cultural friendly, too! Easy to get to and from airport, the free shuttle service is great as well, location wise, it's very good.

Room is in excellent condition. Friendly and helpful staff members, and free shuttle bus is a plus. Location is a bit remote, so be prepared to walk more back to hotel if you are outside the shuttle bus hours.

Only the location is not that convenience, other that that is pretty good. Good service and clean, the price is good. Although the location is not close to the MTR(train station), need to walk 8 mins. But the hotel got shuttle bus very 30 mins to the big shopping mall and transaction so I will choose the hotel again if in need to visit HK again with my partner.
