"There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower."

"They need hand rails on the steps leading into the office.
There was hair between the bathroom sink faucet and the wall from electric razor use. It was not cleaned even after notifying them as I left for the day. When I told the desk again later, his idea was to have me pack up and move to another room rather than cleaning the sink. He cleaned it only after I asked for cleaning materials to do it myself.
There was also, what appeared to be some mold on the caulk in the tub."
