"The staff, even before checking into the unit., was quick to respond to my questions. During our stay they were all so cordial and went above and beyond expectations. We stayed for 5 nights, went to other cities and came back. We had left our luggage while traveling to other cities and when we got back, they already set up our room and brought up our luggage.
