"This was my first time staying in NYC so the room was smaller than I expected. However, it was clean and more than sufficient for my stay. The included breakfast was a perk and a nice way to save money if you don't want to go out for breakfast. Sometimes there is a long wait for the elevator but otherwise a very nice stay!"

"I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected."
