"They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."

"Fantastic location and view! Just right next too the twin towers. High security and safety. Very good sized appartment with large kitchen, table and two bathrooms with showers! The agent was extremly helpfull and flexiable as well. You really get alot for your money! I stayed for 2 nights, but I would stay longer if I could. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"

"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. In a city bursting with hotels striving to deliver decent service, this one seems to have prioritized cost-cutting over guest comfort, treating people like mere numbers in a queue. Check-In: No Welcome, Just a Queue From the moment I arrived, there was no warm greeting ,just the impersonal feeling of being another body in line. The front desk staff processed me efficiently but with zero hospitality. The Room: Nice View, Missing Basics The room itself was acceptable, with a pleasant city view. However, when I wanted a quick bath after a long day, there was no soap in the bathroom. A basic amenity missing? Already a red flag. In-Room Service ("Magic"): Attitude and Endless Delays I pressed the in-room "Magic" service button to request soap. After 1 hour and 30 minutes with no delivery, I called the duty manager directly. It took another 35 minutes on hold to reach him. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. I remembered abundant fresh products; now, it felt limited and cheap. The juice was watery,tasteless with sugar, the filtered water had a strange smell.On my second night, the toilet inexplicably clogged.pressed "Magic" againโ€”same scripted response, same attitude.."
