"The option of having a 2/bed 2/bath room was exceptional. The property was clean. From what I saw the breakfast looked very good and well stocked. Maintenance guy was AWESOME and super friendly, he went above and beyond. I wish we got his name. Check in was great. Staff tried really hard to accommodate all my requests,"

"The room was clean and well maintained the bedding was crisp and smelled clean. Although the location is a bit far from downtown Portland it was easy access to freeways. The staff was helpful when they were around and everyone was super sweet about my elderly dog altough they did not take her as a service dog since she's for emotional support. "When I arrived at the property, it was completely different than described. The photographs online are if a second floor apartment. This is a first floor apartment directly on a busy street. Because people are walking by within a foot of the windows no blinds or shades are able to be raised at any time of the day. There were multiple stains on the sofa, it was a very dark interior. Street parking was very limited for our vehicles. I tried to contact the property multiple times that afternoon...
