"Very nice location and nice apartment. I took a star away because showers are not properly working and getting in contact with reception was really hard. My phone calls were ignored until exactly 3 PM when it time to check in."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza.
Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off.
Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...
