"We stayed at 42 hotel for 6 nights while helping our daughter move into a nearby apartment. We had lots of luggage and asked several times for help with storing it while we were arranging things and loading it into a van. Every time the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, even though it was one of the hottest days Brooklyn has ever seen (102 F). They made the move so much easier than it could have been. "Extremely loud- outside subway line is right out the windows and the neighborhood is super noisy not to mentioned the sketchy guests banging doors, blaring loud music and arguing at all hours of the night- wish I could give zero stars.
