"This stay was a disaster and I am trying to get my money back but getting response from them it's just detached customer service servicing many other properties and they don't care. I booked a two bedroom apartment. One bedroom was OK. The other bedroom was left in a pile of pillows and duvet, bed not made, no bedding, no sheets.
