"The Jewel is our new “GO TO” hotel in NYC! Everything was perfect! The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Ariela, Krystal, Leslie and the others were terrific!
Cleanliness was top notch - the rooms were spotless and fresh, and the amenities were great. The 24/7 lounge floor with specialty coffees and teas, the gym and even the laundry room - and of course the convenient location, at Rockefeller Plaza - couldn’t ask for more!

"the warmth we received as soon as we walked into the Hotel. Front desk staff were friendly, personable and professional. The rooms were big, roomy and very clean. Area was very central to a lot of place and we were able to walk to a lot of it. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms were clean and cosy and the staff were helpful, especially Delia, who gave really good advice on so many things crucial to making the stay a pleasant one.Oh and the room I had - as a classical pianist, I so loved the piano painting on the wall above the bed.
It was really convenient that breakfast was included and the umbrella was a little bonus. I can't wait to come back!!!"
