"Air conditioning works great. Staff did minimal work. The whole place smells like cigarettes. It was so hard trying to find the luggage carts. The staff is also very Kurt on the phone when calling the front desk. For example, I was asking for two things after I asked for the first thing they hung up on me."

I put the garbage out of the room - it took forever for them to pick it up despite me telling them to do so if they do not clean the room.
