I reported this to Ms. Dwinda Ayu, who responded promptly and arranged for me to be moved to another room without any hassle — her attentiveness was greatly appreciated. On the final evening of my stay, I visited the Executive Lounge, where Ms. Annissa kindly checked in with me and asked for feedback. I shared a few minor comments regarding wear and tear, and she took immediate steps to follow up on them. Great food options too. The hospitality and responsiveness of the team truly stood out.
