"Personal sehr nett aber Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt- auch nachdem man angefragt hat, wurde unsere Boden trotzdem nicht sauber gemacht.
Das Hotel ist zudem nur unten (Empfang etc.) sehr modern und sauber. Zimmern sind eher mittelmäßig und betten eher unbequem. Für 2-3 nächste ausreichend."

"A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the sea and the castle, which was a nice little plus. It’s close to lots of neighborhood cafes and a supermarket. We have already decided to stay here again when we return to Palma.
The shower is very slippery, so I recommend bringing flipflops/sandals for that use. ;)"

"We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to be closer to the airport and it was surprisingly pleasant. I only say that because a lot of the reviews made me a little skeptical but it was a nice stay. It is an outdated hotel but they keep it nice and clean. They upgraded us to a 3 bed room which was a bit more spacious + a balcony with a sea view and it was lovely! The water pressure was f a n t a s t i c."

"A good, clean, and reputable hotel right on the beach in Palma. We were traveling with two children under the age of 4. The only thing that put a sour taste in my mouth was that due to the messiness of our room from our kids (toys scattered everywhere, crumbs), the hotel left a notice in our room threatening that our room would not be cleaned because of this. We have stayed in many hotels with our young kiddos and never received something like that despite our kids creating messes in the room....
