"Overall, my stay was stellar from check in to check out. The front desk staff is helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. They have a hot breakfast every morning until 10 am which is a nice amenity to have. Coffee is available all day. The room was spacious and clean. Aside from some noisy kids and a dog it really was a lovely stay and the hotel is central to a lot of shops, restaurants and the mall. "

"Bal harbor is known for its luxury & style. The hotel is in the center of this town. Beautiful waterfront evenings and wonderful upscale restaurants. Love the pool, beach, our balcony , and the staff. All lovely and a nice gem. "
