"Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were,
Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing.
I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances."

"Supposedly the computers were down for a couple of days so upon our arrival everything was hand written and they didn’t have my room ready. Even when I called earlier to say I would be late to check in. Arriving around 10:30 pm to check in my room wasn’t available. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get a room. No offer for compensation.
