"The room was clean, though on the smaller side. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which made for a pleasant first impression.
However, the experience at check-out felt rushed — while my luggage was being taken to the car, the receptionist followed closely even though I hadn’t quite finished, which was a bit uncomfortable. At breakfast, the supervisor came across as somewhat rude and created an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere.
