"Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!"

"The girl who checked us in was not friendly or informative. We had no idea where our room was or where to park. No information about amenities or a pool. Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. "The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"
