"Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails.
I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. "

"We stayed in this hotel for the second time, big mistake. All my complaints about the first visit were still in place and then there were new ones. First, why stay there. VERY convenient location, right off the highway, perfect for our college graduation weekend. And we ate in the on-site restaurant which was very good. Now why not to stay there. "First room I went in I had to request to be moved to a different room as it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Second room didn’t smell but the carpets were filthy so I kept shoes on as much as possible and bathroom did nit seem clean then I realized the next day the area around the toilet was dirty with urine. Disgusting place. "
