"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"This is one of the best properties I've ever had the pleasure to stay as a family, and definitely one of the best ones by Tokyos standards. Spacious apartment, super thoughtful amenities, ready to cook kitchen and all necessary appliances included. Beautiful interior design immediately welcomes you and spacious and comfortable beds help you get a restful sleep to be ready for the next day. Centrally located with walking distance to Shinjuku downtown, national park, transit, 7/11 and Shinjuku...

"The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well."
