The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"My family and I had been staying there through the New Year week and I would say we've had an amazing experience with the hotel. The apartment, as advertised, was spacious, well facilitated, clean and well maintained. It is also just 2min walk to the nearest train station which is very convenient and the street has several groceries stores and market which we were able to purchase some local groceries for home cooking during the New Year's Day in the hotel when most stores were closed. "There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

"The hotel said they would send us check-in info a day before we arrived. It never came and when we got to the property we couldn't enter, and the emergency contact number was actually the number for a restaurant. So we had to find another hotel at the last minute. The day after our arrival, we got an email that claimed to have check-in info, but it just had a link that did not work."
