"I enjoyed my stay it was a last min book a hotel due to the rain that was coming so we stayed over just to enjoy sesame place the following day. The hotel is beautiful very up to date, house keeping actually does there job and clean the rooms. It's one of the best and cleanest hotels I have stayed in when traveling to PA. The 4pm check in was a little late in the day for us when traveling with a baby but when we arrived at the hotel it was two receptionist a male and female when I asked is it possible for a early check in the guy said (no they had a booked night and the rooms are being cleaned now so I would have to check in @4 I go to share that news with my best friend and she was like ok we will wait went back inside the hotel and someone is getting a room key so we stopped and looked like he just told me no early check in as I stand there and watch him speak to another couple about a room being ready the lady walk over to me and says those people were here earlier but I will look now to see if it's another room available for you and of course that made my day but the guy didn't even bother to check when I asked I felt a way about that but overall the lady seen my face when he was checking in the others and she helped us out so that's why they didn't get an excellent review on staff from my end. If I could just give it to the female worker I would she was awesome and professional"
