"The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the location was great. I can’t give it a five because the room was not maintained very well. Had to get a light fixed, the toilet seat was loose, and the air conditioning did not work very well. The air conditioning Kept the room cool but it would trigger on loudly every 20 minutes, making it difficult to sleep."

"Hotel was nice I wish there would have been a water fountain or a place to refill a water bottle. Also multiple of the ice machines were broken, and the fridge in the room is pointless. It turns off after 2 hours, so everything is constantly warm."

"We had a lovely upgraded room on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed is comfortable and the room has all amenities you would expect. There is a happy hour where a couple beers are offered from 5pm to 6pm, which is a nice touch. The hotel could not be in a better location for walkability."

"Wonderful and charming hotel. We loved being near places to visit and restaurants. Covered parking under the hotel but we didn’t even need to access the car once. Everything was in walking distance. The perfect overnight accommodations to compliment our visit to Portland. Will definitely stay here again."

"I was upgraded to a larger room upon arrival which was nice. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. And the shower was great. Free morning coffee as well as a nice buffet breakfast was a pleasant way to start each day.
Valet service is expensive but very efficient. Note that the service fee for paying tips electronically is significant so I tried to get change at the front desk which was surprisingly unavailable."
