Only downside is not having the ability to jump in a pool in the afternoon of a super hot day in Bangkok, but loved our stay here. "This was the worst stay that I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that they do not take credit cards & told me that I had to pay cash. They wouldn’t let me check in & I had to have Expedia intervene. The front desk didn’t believe me & started calling management, although I gave them the correct name of management. The young lady with glasses became rude & I could tell that she was upset when they were able to actually accept a card. She just kept staring at me visibly...
