When we tried calling ourselves, the phone went straight to voicemail, which made us even more worried. But we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! Everything was totally fine, the hotel had power, just the phone lines were down and our stay was perfect. The staff was wonderful, super helpful, and made us feel completely at ease. So happy we didn’t cancel — would definitely stay again!"
