"Rather than being 100% negative-I will offer suggestions that would have helped improve the experience.
Have a garage entrance near the hotel. It was about 2 blocks away with no signage that indicated this was the correct garage. The instructions indicated the garage was across from the Sheraton, but the hotel it is across from is no longer a Sheraton (it took my 3 tries to find the garage). "For the price of this hotel, I was incredibly disappointed in both our room as well as the staff. Our room was not very clean when we arrived, and there were stains on the sheets. We had a two night stay and expected our room to be cleaned the next day. Nobody had visited our room at all. Honestly felt like a discount Hampton Inn. The staff except for the bartender were not very kind or welcoming. I would not stay here again."

"Room was okay. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and there wasn’t hot water except for the morning of our departure.
Swimming pool was altogether disgusting. Tiles were covered in dirt and grim all around, there was green mold on the outside edge around pool, and the water was murky/dark. Very disappointing as we picked this hotel for the pool. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
