"What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them
You could have just admitted the order was missed and...

"La habitación es muy correcta, cómoda y limpia. El acceso mediante la app resulta cómodo y sencillo, aunque se echa en falta un poco de trato personal, ya que no hay contacto con nadie durante la estancia.
Como único punto negativo, faltaban algunos utensilios básicos para el hogar y una cafetera.
Está bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a todas partes, también está la parada de metro muy cerca y la estación central a menos de 10min caminando.

"Clean room, but very small and a bit weirdly laid out. Not a huge problem though, as we didn’t spend much time in there apart from sleeping.
Hotel is in a gorgeous location, and it’s nice to be away from the really busy tourist areas in the city - made for a quiet sleep.
Breakfast is fantastic, and was so good to have as part of the stay. Would definitely recommend. "
