"I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions."

"There was plenty of parking. It was easy and felt safe (we parked right in front). The breakfast area was very clean and kept well stocked. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We needed to have our room changed due to a VERY noisy heating system. The registration desk personnel was extremely gracious, helpful and quickly made the change for us with no issue. "
