"Horrible customer service, the room smelled like mold, the refrigerator was open with towels on the floor and pieces to it on the table. The chair was old and nasty.
We turned around and walked out. By the smell of the office I wanted tool see the room before taking our luggage in.
They refused a refund and the night guy was extremely rude. It was about 10 at night we were traveling. We called and booked so he wouldn't allow a refund.
I guess since it was so late maybe he th. There's no way....
