"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer.
L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C was very cold, liked the pillow, had bathrobes, ironing board and iron for guest use. Big bathroom with a tub."
