"The pool area bar wasn't open Friday afternoon when a lot of customers were enjoying the sun. it seemed unusual for that to have occurred. the valet parking was slow on occasions. I was promised to have my bill adjusted and it didn't occurred as promised."

"The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. However, the train tracks are right outside and you can hear the whistles all night as well as street noise. The other problem which can be easily remedied is there is not nearly enough room to sit in the breakfast room. Only a handful of tables and chairs and a large couch. They need many more chairs and tables for the droves of people all wanting to sit and eat. Also, the $55 overnight parking fee is absolutely absurd!"
