"One of the worst rental experiences! Extra registration before checkin date was complex and required extra deposit before details of property was released. Upon arrival found cockroaches…condo had to be re-cleaned and sprayed. Then when it was reported that there was no hot water on either bathrooms, the owners/operators dragged their feet, suggested ridiculous remedies and then just ignored us complaints. There was no hot water the entire duration of our 14 day stay. There was no remediation....

"I'll admit the value for money was good and location was ok. The photos made the room look a little better than it was. I don't believe the room was thouroughly cleaned. There was a balcony but it was tiny. Only room for a mop or could stand there. The most annoying part for me was needing to install an app for booking. Convulted process. The apps in indonesian and I'm not yet fluent. Had to speak to different people for check in and check out etc. Ok stay but won't rush to do it again."

"Nice location and helpful staff. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t in the best condition. The kitchen is old and needs replacing , the wardrobe and bedside cabinets are also old and cheap looking. Everything in this particular unit were done on the cheap. One good thing, nice high floor !"
