"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a mediocre experience. There were hairs in the bathroom and stains on most of the textiles (curtains, rug, towels). Our key cards continuously became deactivated during our stay and we often had to come back down to the front desk for new keys. One time, I had to come back down 3 times in a row. I kept being told to keep the key card away from my phone as if it was my fault despite not having a phone on me any of those times.
I was told someone would come by to check the lock before we left for the day. When I asked if someone came by when we returned, he told me maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day. I was led to believe someone would be checking on it while we’re out. I still didn’t have a key that worked and I wasn’t offered a solution. The next day, maintenance came by to check the lock after I had just come out of the shower. I heard someone at the door repeatedly trying to get in. I was not called to let me know someone was coming and there was no knock at the door. All of these issues and I was barely issued an apology. "
