"It was a very new hotel. And, the staff was ready to round out the service with a few extras once we identified an issue. But, the only problem was that my key card did not let me into the gym when I had a chance. That said, they *try* hard here."

"The hotel looked very nice. The lobby was expansive with nice furniture and the breakfast area was nice as well. The room we had, which was a one-bedroom with a small kitchen and a pull-out sofa, was also nice. However, the toilet would not fill back up after flushing. The maintenance person came to check it out and told us it was just a tangled chain on the stopper, but for the next two days or our stay we had to keep opening the back of the toilet up and pull the chain manually. Also, the tv...

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all."

"The hotel is very standard... not a "Regency" level Hyatt. Staff at check in and check out were overwhelmed with long lines during a very busy weekend and only 3 workers. The decor was dated and in our room the bathroom showed its age, including the plug for the bathtub not fitting/working and grungy grout. The shuttle to Harvard and Central Square was good but this is a very standard hotel for quite high prices."

"You have to use valet parking but it was quick and easy. The fee was much less than at some Back Bay hotels. The room was really nice and well designed in an interesting shape. I had a light dinner in the hotel and the staff were great. There’s free coffee in the lobby. The location is excellent for both Brookline And the Longwood area and Fenway Park."
