"My family and I had 2 different rooms at this hotel. The first reservation we had was for the 2 queen beds. It was really clean and room enough for 4 people. The only issue we had, was they only had enough towels for 2 people, and we had to request for them to service our room vs them doing it daily.
Our second reservation was for the 2 bdrm suite. This was worth the money paid. Very spacious, super clean, each bdrm had its own bathroom which was a bonus! Again, the only issue was getting them...

"When we checked in, we were given the room key to someone else's room and walked in to find all of their stuff which is very concerning. Also, only 1 ice machine was working in the whole building and there were no signs posted about this I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk to then find out the third floor was the only ice machine working"

"Did not stay, floors were sticky and smell was unbearable. Advertised as one king and sofa bed ( no sofa bed ). Holes in walls and door and ac wall unit did not work well. Stayed 5min and left, booked another hotel with Expedia for the last time, thanks for no refund, I’ll take my business else where👋"
