"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts.
There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels.
The blackout drapes also do not close properly or cover the edges of the windows effectively so the room is very bright at...

"The hotel room was clean and close to downtown Worcester, and the price was good. The grounds of the hotel are depressing and run-down; when I asked for another blanket they said they didn't have any; and a woman a few doors down played loud rap music for several hours."

"I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."
