"The hotel is a short walk from Kyoto station, and the bus stopped right outside, making exploring the city incredibly convenient.After a long day of sightseeing, using the private onsen was absolutely wonderful and the perfect way to unwind.
There are so many thoughtful touches here. Their custom amenities baskets, featuring moisturizing face masks, hair oil, wash cloths, hair ties, and more, were fantastic for tailoring to my personal needs.
They also have a water station by the elevators to refill before a long day out, and elevator access was always quick and easy.
The hotel really goes above and beyond with complimentary daily treats, including afternoon coffee, tea, snacks, and desserts, followed by evening drinks and crunchies.
The housekeeping was great, and the provided pajamas were so comfortable I want to buy 3 sets. Would absolutely stay here again!"
