"All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."

"My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine."

"The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The only bed pillows were small, square ones - again, unusual. The bed "skirt" was a loosely attached metal thing that made noise when I sat down or moved around. "Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"
