"room was dirty and there was trash behind the desk . there was not black makeup towel in bathroom so the only option is to ruin their towels and get charged. this casino is dead and honestly sad.... everything is super rundown and is in need of a refresh"

"The room has a bathroom door that was impossible to close, so it remained halfway open. We called for towels and waited over an hour for the delivery. Restaurants were few and the Saltgrass was not good and wait staff even more useless. Not even a single bottle of lotion in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel or use it again."

"Thr room was decorated beautifully and was super clean. I felt so safe. I wish my view was not of the parking garage. They did offer me another room but wanted to charge an upgrade but I said no because I was only going to be there 1 night and didn't want to pay the extra fee. I was also charged a parking fee along with the resort fee which were surprises."
