Several times OJ was out, but we got to watch the crows feast on the overflowing trash can just outside the dining area. Outdoor sofas seemed the attract inconsiderate guests with stinking cigars and trash left behind. I’ve stayed here off and on for almost two years and it seems like things are starting to slip since January.

spartan room. vinyl floor no seating. looked like the room was not finished. Nice staff clean enough though I did find a black hair on the bedside table kind of gross. I would stay here at the right price if there wasn't a nice hotel nearby but I was unimpressed with the room and the breakfast

Don’t expect too much of the breakfast setup. Our room was a little noisy with a fan motor noise all night. Possibly bathroom ventilation equipment. Not our first visit and we will stay again. Overall clean and safe with decent clientele.

Loved the easy access to and from the I-81, parking was well lit, staff very welcoming, lobby and room very clean, bed was comfortable and room was modern with plenty of usb plugs and many channels on TV. Will be back next year for sure!

Je visite cet hôtel 2 fois par année depuis l’ouverture. Toujours satisfait, bien situé , propre et confortable. J'ai enlevé une étoile car il n’y avait plus de verre à café le matin, donc pas de café au déjeuner.

Good, inexpensive place to stay
When we got here the computer was down and we couldn't check in. We went to dinner and when we returned we were all set. The breakfast was included and it was typical but lots of choices. Staff were nice. No problem having a dog. There's a pool but we didn't have enough time.

Great place for the price . The bed was amazingly comfortable! The room was a tad small but we didn’t need a lot of space. The breakfast, as are most, was okay but the coffee was freshly ground! That’s never happened before. All in all, we’ll be back!

We arrived after 3pm check in time and there were literally 2 cars in the parking lot. We were told our room wasn’t ready and we’d have to wait until it was clean. When I pointed out that no one else was there and asked if they really had no clean rooms, the person told me they did but that the rooms were already assigned and ours wasn’t ready. That is awful customer service and clearly spelled out that her comfort was a higher priority than guest comfort.
