No coffee makers even though they have it listed as an amenity on their web-site. There was garbage on the floor in front of the AC/Heater from the unit, i imagine someone 1/2 cleaned the filter to the unit and then reinstalled the filters backwards so when the ac was turned on it blew the rest of the crap out of the filter into the room.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean..floors could use a little more cleaning around the perimeters. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. The pool was closed for maintenance so that was a bit disappointing as we had 6 kids with us that were looking forward to swimming. From the beginning our stay was not close to adequate. The coffee maker was “out of order” , the indoor pool was “out of order” and worst was the WiFi was not working. We were told that someone was working on it and it’d be working “within a few hours”. This was incorrect. In our 2 night stay, it never worked. Also, we booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not cleaned even once. We had to ask repeatedly for towels- and they just never came. This was beyond a disappointment of a stay.

The best westerns are very convenient place to stay close to everything that we needed. Right next door is a cracker barrel in another nice restaurant.The place was nice and clean.The breakfast was okay.I've had better, but i've had worse too. Our beds were comfortable so far, so good

Best Western’s internet service was down so that the the receptionist could not determine if an early check in (1:30 pm instead of 3:00 pm) was possible. As I had just that day sold and moved out of my existing home and needed to rest before driving 4+ hours to my new home, with a pet, I had no choice but to skip taking a rest and power through on the drive. No consideration given for the major inconvenience and expense. Never again.

The beds were super uncomfortable. The A/C heat wasn’t that great. The hand soap was awful smelling. They didn’t even provide bedding for the foldout mattress you had to request it. The bath tub faucet kept leaking. The pool was “out of order”. Really the only good part was the breakfast.

Room was not as clean as expected: fake nail found on the floor, hair in the bathtub, curtains were stained. Had a room with a door separating another room: people next door smoked and all the smell came into our room. This issue was addressed by staff memeber who came and sprayed some febreeze. This did not stop the people smoking again. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good.

The room was ok, but could have used a better cleaning. The staff were pleasant, but not very knowledgeable or helpful. The pool stayed "out of order" for the entire stay, which was one reason we booked this hotel. The water in the shower fluctuated between cold and warm - there was no hot water. The coffee machine and breakfast items often needed refilling, but were left empty. It was overall just "meh" with the lack of some of the basics of a hotel stay.

The breakfast was way over cooked and less desireable options. I cut my foot on the bed frame, there was no front desk help with cleaning or bandaging first aid, when asked. Cleaning service burst in before we checked out. Bed was not real comfortable.
