"Very clean, comfortable. Well-lit with good locations of lights. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby that makes espresso. Nice gentleman helped us with accessing our room. I really recommend this hotel and we enjoyed the visit, staying two extra nights."

"Wonderful stay as usual! What stood out most were the amenities; the executive lounge, spa, gym, pool, and sauna were all immaculate and extremely well maintained. I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. "This is an amazing hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE!! My best friend and I stayed there for 7 days our first time in Prague and it was such a wonderful experience. Public transportation is just feet away and they have this cute convenience store next door. We will definitely be staying here again! "

"Our room was fantastic and the front desk staff was wonderful. It was really clean. It is like a regular European room, but actually a lot bigger. When there was an unexpected cold snap, the front desk brought us a separate heater that was fantastic. The shower was hot with lots of hot water. We were on the "second floor," but there are like two small sets of like 5 stairs to get to it and they offered to help.
