"Lovely apartment with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, spacious living room and nice comfy big bed. Really great price for the area and has parking right out the front. For us it was a perfect location being out of the centre as we had a car but if you don’t have a car it is close enough to get into the main centre by walking or taxi. (If walking be aware that chefchaouen is in the mountain so the centre will be uphill) Staff friends and helped us to the room with our luggage. Breakfast...

"Needs to be cleaner. Soap for shower is inadequate. Shower was cold even after asking for it to be checked. Toilet seat won’t stay up. Water leaks everywhere is you use bidet sprayer. Heater does not work. No garbage pail. I do not understand the ratings for this place."

"Honestly, I would not stay here again for all the money in the world. The bathroom smelled and the room was very noisy until almost 2 am because the window faces the street. I did not like the experience and would not recommend it."

"This place is fine for a night or two. My room was rather small but typical, I think, for many riads. The breakfast was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy at night due to the close proximity of the rooms (you can hear other guests coming in and out of their room) and there were some young kids playing out in front of the hotel until fairly late."

"RIad was beautiful but sadly bathroom was musty and damp. Parts of plaster/ paint chips from ceiling dropping. Morning staff was wonderful. Friendly, attentive and could not do enough for us. We had a night time meal and it was also very good but we had to wear our coats until they agreed to turn heat pump on and close doors.( the restaurant is open to the public) Breakfast on upper deck was wonderful as was the view .
