"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). "Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht- sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei👌 Sind in die Gegend wegen des Canyonings gekommen, ca.400km Anreise, deshalb waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Übernachtung, im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist dieses Hotel im Vergleich zu der Umgebung unschlagbar. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
