"Although the place is very nice and probably still undergoing renovations, I think there are several aspects that could be improved.

"The apartment was in a very central location for the old town and bars and restaurants. However it could be noisy at night and with no aircon we had to have windows open. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofabed, and 2 double sofa beds in the living room,. There were only 2 of us so it was ample.
