"This hotel served its purpose exactly the way that I wanted it to! I had an early flight and needed to be located near the airport and they had a free shuttle to the airport that ran every 10 minutes in the morning. Check-in was all self-service, but staff would help in order to make the process more smoothly. The rooms were VERY clean and modern. I wish that they had a restaurant at the hotel, but since it’s a “smart” hotel, they had a machine that served a limited amount of bowls. You order...

"Skip if it’s going to be hot their air conditioning is weak and you won’t notice it if it’s plus 25 or above outside. The rooms were okay but a little underwhelming. Messaging around airconditioning varied from one employee to the next with a lot of gas lighting. During heat wave we moved to another hotel and the air conditioning was normal. Beds were very hard and our backs and hips hurt in the morning. Very basic accommodations."

"Great hotel, very comfy room, comfy bed and bed sheets, aircon, big Windows, blackout curtains, big TV, vender machine in the floors for an emergency (drinks and snacks), cool bar downstairs. I stayed just for the night (from 23h to 8h) so I couldn’t use all the amenities, but everything seemed very cool. Also, so close from the station. I walked from the station to the hotel in the late night and I felt very safe (I’m a woman and I had my baby with me). Anyways, I recommend. I just missed...

"Hotel is modern,clean and in a nice part of the city. There is a supermarket about 50m away and a a number of cafes and bars nearby . There is tram stop opposite front door. Tram 0 takes you into the city centre. . A 10 - 15min walk takes you to the famous Prater Park fairground and also to Praterstern train station where you can take train into city centre and Vienna Hbf.
