"The hotel was clean, but in the room was feeling the mold smell, also they might be a bit more careful with the clients and in my room the sheets were not changed, found a lot of hair from previous ocupant. The staff was nice overall and helpful, they had free quick breakfast, they had the refrigerator and microwave in the room, I loved the shower."

"The staff were very friendly, they offer free breakfast, and it was very clean and quiet in my hotel room. The only thing I would improve is adding gym wipes and filling the conditioner bottle which was empty my whole stay."

"The pictures they use to describe the outside property are very different from what it actually looks like. They included the golf courses that belong to the property in the rear. They also stood on the beach and took pictures of the building in the background.There is no lush landscape at the property just concrete. "The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites."

"Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price.
