"Nice place Close to the beach"

"My instructor didn't stay due to unforeseen last minute problems. We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. "Receptie personeel zeer vriendelijk. Brasserie personeel vriendelijk, jammer genoeg weinig vervolg over klachten van gerechten. Wel excuses gekregen, hamburger met zwarte doorbakken randen, pasta die echt te gaar was gekookt. Mooie ruime en schone kamers, met standaard juiste voorzieningen. Zachte bedden welke een persoonlijke voorkeer heeft of niet. Hotel is duidelijk recentelijk gerenoveerd, gaf frisse en rustgevende indruk. Wastafel in open opstelling dus meer ingesteld voor koppels. "** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...
