"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"We've stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel several times. We've enjoyed it, even though its an older building. I think the only thing I dislike is the small parking garage."

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was. I had asked for staff to fix a light that didn’t work on arrival, said they would, they did not. The bed was comfy, and the lounge areas were beautiful and fun! "Restaurant, coffee bar was available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but only at typical hours and they had closed breaks in between so if you wanted a late lunch or breakfast or coffee you were out of luck unless you wanted to go out. There are at least 3 coffee shops within a half mile of hotel and tons of restaurants nearby however. The hotel was very modern and clean. The biggest negative is on the website it said "parking available" when I get there its VALET ONLY for 60 bucks a night!!!...
