What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. Upon checkout, they send you a text, instructing you to text that you have departed and they will send your final bill...

"Could not use the pool while we were there. Had a slimy film on top of the water and the whole room had a very strong smell of chlorine. Windows in the room very thin and could hear all the traffic going by and the hotel is very close to a busy road. There was clothing found in one of our drawers and it wasn't ours so not sure how well our room was cleaned/checked. The staff were very nice and had a good breakfast"

"The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional."

The outdoor seating area (where the grills are) could use a little refresher but we have no problem recommending this hotel (and my wife is picky)."

I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. "The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring."

"The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I"
