"We absolutely loved our stay at the Interstate Inn! We had originally planned a weekend in Hico, but our Airbnb didn’t work out, and we were so thankful to find a room here—especially since we were traveling with our pup. Finding a dog-friendly place at the last minute isn’t always easy, and the Interstate Inn was the perfect surprise.

"I was only needing the room for about 8 hours because I was driving in from Houston for Orientation for my young one so we didn't get in until 1:30 am . The air was but it smelled of old cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was broken and there were dead beetle all over the floor and a spider in the ceiling and I actually paid $90 for 7 hours for this crap!"

"What a great hotel. Staff were so friendly, happy and kind. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, AC worked great. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and the food was delicious.
Would 100% recommend this hotel.
Location was great also."

"The staff was kind and very helpful. The hotel was clean. It was worn and needs maintenance. The hot tubs do not work and the elevator is finicky. Our children had a blast though,so did we."
